The Opportunity:

Are you interested in continuing your career in Europe in a mission-focused environment? CACI has established upcoming positions throughout the European theater supporting multiple customers for the Department of Defense. We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support the USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners.

Position Details:

Headquarters Support Division (HSD) Mission Partner (MP) Lead/Systems Engineer, SME . This position supports the EMITS 2 USAREUR-AF Mission Partner, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This is an OCONUS position.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the single point of contact for USAREUR-AF HSD requirements, overseeing contractual and technical performance, including management, direction, and quality assurance of technical efforts.
  2. Collaborate with the Mission Modernization and Innovation Team (M2IT) to tailor EMITS 2 processes to meet HSD needs.
  3. Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, implement, test, and evaluate systems; prepare related documentation.
  4. Apply systems engineering expertise for system integration, configuration management, quality assurance, and resource management.
  5. Analyze, design, implement, test, and evaluate software, components, or systems; conduct technical assessments and make recommendations.
  6. Perform systems engineering analyses to optimize performance, schedule, and costs.
  7. Support reviews such as SRR and SFR, and assist in experimentation, integration, and operations.
  8. Provide engineering expertise for system migration, transition to cloud solutions, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  9. Plan and coordinate post-deployment and post-production software sustainment activities.
  10. Support installation and integration of new technologies and upgrades, improving system performance and reliability.
  11. Develop policies, procedures, guidelines, and review governance documents.
  12. Participate in meetings on new technologies, projects, and modernization roadmaps.
  13. Establish goals and plans aligned with project objectives.
  14. Supervise a team of 6 to 15 personnel and serve as the single point of contact for policies, plans, and projects.

Qualifications:

  • TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
  • BS/BA + 13 years’ experience.
  • Certifications: CISSO, GCIA, GCSA, GCLD, GICSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP.
  • Mastery of systems engineering principles, preferably in government IT environments.
  • Expertise in complex intelligence engineering solutions, cloud, migration, and MBSE.
  • Experience managing large-scale technical projects and teams.
  • Proficiency in policy and technical documentation development for high-security environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership experience and familiarity with military operations are preferred.
  • TESA eligible.

Compensation:
