We are looking for experienced, innovative, and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement of USAREUR-AF and their Mission Partners' objectives. CACI offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed Enterprise Architect, SME . This position supports a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAREUR-AF, and their Mission Partner PP&P located in Wiesbaden, Germany. This role requires travel OCONUS and is located OCONUS. Responsibilities: Provides enterprise architecture and Command and Control (C2) support services for engineering designs, analysis, diagrams, development, implementation, integration, and transformation activities, including intelligence platforms. Develops and maintains DoDAF architecture products conforming to DoD and Army standards, reference architectures, network diagrams, and architecture views, ensuring standardized best practices. Develops, integrates, and maintains current architectures and views, including graphical documentation of architectures and topologies. Develops and maintains analyses, detailed designs, build phases, schematics, strategies, process flows, and testing requirements. Assesses emerging policies, technology, and best practices for applicability to improve network efficiency, effectiveness, security, and resiliency. Participates in operational evaluations of advanced technologies and assesses their impact on current systems. Develops standards, processes, and tools to identify and document intelligence shortfalls and resource requirements. Ensures architectures are interoperable with NATO and multinational partners, compliant with JELC, and support Zero Trust principles. Manages and maintains operational and exercise architectures, provides on-site integration and troubleshooting, and applies O&M knowledge. Analyzes system requirements, designs, and verification activities using MBSE across the digital thread and engineering lifecycle, including UAF activities. Participates in meetings on new technologies, projects, and modernization roadmaps. Provides development and integration support for the USAREUR-AF G2 enterprise dashboard. Contributes to the development and maintenance of architecture artifacts/products per DoDAF, TOGAF, and industry best practices. Possesses expertise on complex work assignments, establishes goals, and may supervise others. Qualifications: Required: Current adjudicated TS/SCI clearance with the ability to maintain. BA/BS + 13 years of experience. Certifications such as CISSO, GCIA, GCSA, GCLD, GICSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, or applicable degree from an ABET-accredited/CAE institution or equivalent training. Mastery of systems engineering principles, especially for complex IT networks and communications systems. Knowledge of MBSE methodologies across the engineering lifecycle. Expertise in systems integration, configuration management, and quality assurance. Ability to analyze emerging technologies and implement best practices for security and efficiency. Proficiency in developing technical solutions for network modernization and cloud strategies. Leadership skills in supervising engineering teams and acting as a SME. Strong technical documentation skills and governance input. Familiarity with review processes like SRR and SFR. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and post-deployment software sustainment. Ability to resolve complex technical problems and incidents. Desired: ITIL V4 certification. Adaptability to operational changes. Understanding of DoD standards and security requirements. Pay Range: The salary range for this position is $126,100 - $277,300 USD, influenced by various factors including location, experience, and education.
