Position Overview

This role involves leading a critical operational domain for a rapidly scaling educational company. The successful candidate will own responsibilities such as regulatory approvals, campus build-outs, onboarding systems, or financial operations, exercising full decision-making authority, and working directly with founders and stakeholders to ensure successful launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of one critical launch domain: regulatory approvals, campus build-outs, onboarding systems, or financial operations
• Exercise full decision authority with cross-functional teams
• Develop and implement scalable operational playbooks
• Work directly with founders and stakeholders to deliver infrastructure without bureaucracy
• Utilize AI and automation to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years at a top strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
• Proven success leading cross-functional operations in high-pressure environments
• Expertise in at least one of: regulatory navigation, site development, onboarding systems, or financial operations
• Decisive, methodical thinker capable of independent execution
• U.S. work authorization and ability to travel ~25%
• Proficiency with AI tools for operational efficiency
