Your Role As a Business Development Manager

• Network and promote: Spark curiosity about our multifamily investment opportunities among friends, family, co-workers, and your broader network.
• Engage prospects: Connect with potential investors, generate interest, invite them to a 30-minute presentation, show them an introductory video, and then refer them to a Regional Sales Director for the proforma presentation.
• Meet sales goals: Achieve a monthly sales quota by generating at least 15 presentations weekly to potential investors.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals with a passion for sales and relationship-building.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
