Your Role as a Business Development Manager

• Network and Promote: Spark curiosity about our multifamily investment opportunities among friends, family, co-workers, and your broader network.
• Engage Prospects: Connect with potential investors, generate interest, invite them to a 30-minute presentation, show a video, and then refer them to Regional Sales Directors for the proforma presentation.
• Meet Sales Goals: Achieve a monthly sales quota by generating at least 15 presentations weekly to potential investors.

• Ability to work independently remotely.
