American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN with strong Epic skills and the ability to float between ICU and PCU settings for a night shift assignment.Job Details•Hospital-based ICU and PCU work setting,•Float required between ICU and PCU units as well as among five affiliated hospitals based on staffing needs,•Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, working every other weekend and holiday as scheduled,•ICU patient ratio is 1:2-3, while PCU patient ratio is 1:4-5,•Epic EMR experience is required for this role,•Block scheduling is not allowed,Job Requirements•Active NJ or Compact RN license in hand at time of consideration,•Current BLS and ACLS certifications required and must not expire within 30 days of assignment start,•Minimum of 2 years ICU experience within the last 12 months,•Must pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing, with only 2 attempts permitted and test must be completed on a PC,•COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required with no exemptions,•Must complete required labs within 48 hours of signing,•Travelers living within 50 miles are considered local and offered a lower rate,Additional Information•Expected to monitor telemetry and float between ICU, PCU, and other units as needed,•Duties include responding to rapidly changing patient conditions and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams,•Travelers are not accepted as pairs and must apply individually,•First-time travelers are accepted but prior travel experience is preferred,•RTO must be provided at time of submission and is limited to 4 days or less, with no RTO permitted in the first week,•Fit testing is required prior to working on the unit, and staff must be clean shaven,•Orientation modules are completed during orientation and are required for assignment,),•hash,:•15598775609875497644,
