The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and be equipped with essential certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. This position requires exceptional clinical skills, the ability to think critically, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Maintain accurate patient records and document care in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and progress.- Uphold all safety and infection control protocols and practices. Requirements: - Must have at least 2 years of recent ICU RN experience.- Valid ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.- Housing must be secured within 50 miles of the facility prior to acceptance.- Eligible candidates must be prepared for potential floating to other units based on facility needs.- Additional requirements may include passing background checks and adhering to hospital policies.
