American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring nursery experience and night shift availability.Job Details•Work in an Obstetrics unit specializing in Labor and Delivery,•Night shifts, working 3x12 hours per week from 19:00 to 07:00,•Patient population includes laboring mothers and newborns,•Requires experience working in a nursery,•Epic charting experience is preferred,Job Requirements•Active RN license in the state of CA required at time of consideration,•Minimum 2 years of recent Labor and Delivery experience required,•Current certifications from AHA: Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and Basic Life Support (BLS) all in hand at time of consideration,•Experience caring for patients in both labor and nursery settings required,•Must complete required modules during orientation,•Must be available to go in for lab work within 3-5 days of signing,Additional Information•Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care to patients throughout the labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods,•Return staff policy requires at least 1 year since last assignment to return as a traveler,•Only one holiday off will be approved during the contract,•50 mile radius rule applies for travel pay eligibility,•Locals are accepted at a different rate,•Orientation includes both on-site training and e-learning modules,),•hash,:•6953170101288686238,
