Full-time Machinist IIIWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Machinist III to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CNC machining, precision measurement, and blueprint interpretation. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail to produce high-quality parts and components for various industries.Pay: $26-36/hr Shift: 1st Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and program CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and multi-axis machinesSet up, adjust, and maintain CNC machines for optimal performanceRead and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specificationsApply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principles in machining operationsUse precision measuring instruments to ensure product quality and adherence to specificationsPerform quality control checks and maintain detailed documentation of processes and outcomesTroubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivityCollaborate with engineers and other team members to improve manufacturing processesMentor and train junior machinists, sharing knowledge and best practicesAdhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environmentRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience as a CNC machinist in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in operating and programming CNC machines (manual, mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines)Expert knowledge of precision measuring instruments and their applicationsStrong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specificationsIn-depth understanding and application of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) principlesFamiliarity with various materials, including metals, plastics, and compositesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyExcellent attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsCall Hannah at 720-716-5732 to learn more!
