Compensation:
Base salary with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.

What You'll Do:
- Support new product and process introductions, ensuring activities align with VB Spine's development procedures
- Help ensure product and process quality meet operational and material specifications
- Assist with component and equipment selection based on specifications, reliability, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze equipment to gather operating data and perform experimental tests
- Contribute to PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs, and PPAP documentation for new product launches
- Conduct capability and MSA studies to support in-process inspection and measurement systems
- Train manufacturing team members on new processes and tools
- Support capital equipment acquisition and validation
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Up to 2 years of relevant engineering experience (internships/co-ops welcome)
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials
- Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and inspection methods
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong computer and documentation skills
- Experience in a regulated or FDA-compliant environment a plus
