We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HR professional to support our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Paycom, and HRIS platforms. This role focuses heavily on recruitment, compliance, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.nJob Responsibilities:nnManage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.nUtilize ATS to track and manage candidates, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.nAdminister and maintain the company’s Paycom system for payroll and HR functions.nOversee and manage the organization’s HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records.nEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws (EEO, FMLA, OSHA).nDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.nAssist with employee relations issues (conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary actions).nConduct new hire orientations and support employee engagement initiatives.nPartner with department managers to forecast staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.nSupport HR audits and ensure accurate documentation for legal compliance and reporting purposes.nAssist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.nnDescription of Company:nYou will be supporting a provided service that contributes to the mental health and emotional well-being of individuals and families in the community through outreach programs in Sacramento, California.nExperience Required:nnBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.n3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar HR position.nProficiency with ATS and HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred).nStrong knowledge of HR compliance and employment law.nDemonstrated experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.nHR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.nnSimilar Positions:nHR CoordinatornHuman Resources GeneralistnRecruitment SpecialistnPayroll and Benefits AdministratornTalent Acquisition CoordinatornBolt Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
