nnResponsibilities n
    n
  • nOversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective servicen
  • n
  • nTake ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customern
  • n
  • nProvide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandledn
  • n
  • nEnsure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customersn
  • n
  • nDistribute work between technicians efficientlyn
  • n
  • nAnswer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairsn
  • n
  • nMaintain Customer Success Index at or above company standardsn
  • n
  • nAssist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessaryn
  • n
  • nOversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of service departmentn
  • n
  • nReinforces company policies and adheres to company standardsn
  • n
  • nEncourages compliance with applicable laws and regulationsn
  • n
  • nMaintain good working relationship with factory(s) and foster positive employee relationsn
