Job Summary:
This position provides technical support on projects and network administration. Leads, directs, and assists with all levels of I.T. support for clients and internal teams while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems. This role will assist the PSI Protocol development and Protocol engine specialist with update requests to protocols, scripts and ENC files as part of a succession planning and business continuity initiative. This role operates on a hybrid work model based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Job Summary:
This position provides technical support on projects and network administration. Leads, directs, and assists with all levels of I.T. support for clients and internal teams while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems. This role will assist the PSI Protocol development and Protocol engine specialist with update requests to protocols, scripts and ENC files as part of a succession planning and business continuity initiative. Responsibilities:
- Answer Priority Solutions (PSI) support phone calls/emails during business hours and scheduled out of hours assisting with LowCode support
- Perform LowCode implementations
- Assist with all tiers of clients' needs via Salesforce incoming cases following the policy for the department
- Perform acceptance testing on new product releases
- Create bug reports for QA/DEV, test ALPHA & RC fixes, and write Proofs with your department supervisor
- Assist in training Tier 2 agents on Tier 3 subject matter (succession planning and business continuity)
- Coach the QA analysts in performing testing on LowCode and related workflows
- Participate in coaching 1-on-1 sessions with supervisor
- Training (Admin training for IT staff of new implementations, testing logic etc.)
- When not busy with PSI related work, assist answering Priority Dispatch (PDC) support phone calls during business hours, assisting our clients with all tiers of support related requests
- Assist the PSI Protocol development and Protocol engine specialist with update requests to protocols, scripts and ENC files as part of a succession planning and business continuity initiative
- Analyze, design, and implement solutions to support infrastructure and application needs
- Serve as an escalation point for advanced technical issues requiring systems-level thinking
- Develop automation scripts or tools to improve efficiency and system reliability
- Participate in architectural planning and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to develop scalable solutions
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues using customer input
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of technical troubleshooting experience for software products
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field preferred
- SQL Database knowledge: How to navigate, perform a query, run scripts, define an instance, a table, understand various roles, users, and security levels affect the database
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with MS Access Database, being able to work in Access databases
- Medical knowledge or experience (E.g. Registered Nurse, EMT, Paramedic, etc.) would be preferred, but not required
- The ability to communicate technical information into an easy-to-understand way
- Supporting international implementations
- Assist with update requests to protocols, scripts and ENC files as part of a succession planning and business continuity initiative
- Proactively manage support queries and follow up diligently
- Answers the phone and closes support cases at a reasonable frequency as determined by management
- Attend and collaborate during team meetings with peers and clients
- This is a typical office job which requires the ability to sit for long periods of time at a desk with occasionally moving, standing, and walking. Requires use of arms, hands, or fingers, in handling or manipulating a computer
- Work environment is composed of moderate noise (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
