Overview:
leading industrial and energy solutions company is seeking two experienced Electrical Engineers to support the design and validation of power electronics systems, including bi-directional power inverters, BEV chargers, and DC converters . This is a lab-intensive role requiring technical depth, attention to detail, and strong collaboration with design and validation teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform validation testing for power inverters and charging systems in a lab setting.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans ; create comprehensive test reports documenting results and recommendations.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and validation teams focused on electrification and alternative energy initiatives.
• nalyze and interpret test data to support system improvements and ensure reliability.
• ssist in the integration of electrical conversion systems into broader product platforms.
• Participate in both hands-on lab work and office-based engineering design activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Degree: AS, BS, or MS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with power inverters, DC converters, and high-voltage systems .
• Familiarity with lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies .
• Solid understanding of electrical circuits and power electronics testing methodologies .
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in electrification projects for industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment applications.
• Knowledge of high-voltage safety procedures and lab best practices.
• Exposure to test automation and data acquisition systems is a plus.
