They will work closely with tool-specific engineers on ServiceNow, SharePoint, Security and Database technologies just to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:

n

• n

  Work with the client and engineering support teams to identify and quantify processes that may be automated

  n
n
• n

  Define cost-effective solutions for automation using Robotics Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence technology, and other common tools

  n
n
• n

  Create demos and presentations to show potential solution costs and benefits

  n
n
• n

  Implement automated solutions and conduct regular reviews to improve efficiency

  n
n

n

Qualifications

n

Technical Skills:

n

n
• n

  Business process reengineering and Workflow Design Skills.Candidates must be able to describe how they identify and improve existing workflows

  n
n
• n

  Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Automate and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Candidates must provide evidence of workflows they have automated and improved

  n
n
• n

  Knowledge of REST API concepts, event management, and cross-tool connectivity. Candidates should understand how process tools may connect and share process event data

  n
n
• n

  Basic data analysis knowledge. SQL and AI skills are a plus

  n
n
• n

  Expertise in scripting and automation tools, specifically PowerShell.

  n
n

n

  Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
