About the Role
The Company is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Manufacturing Strategy to lead the transformation from a clinical-stage organization to a forefront commercial manufacturing powerhouse. This role is crucial for enabling the global launch of the company's leading product.
The successful candidate will spearhead and cultivate a high-performing team within manufacturing and supply chain, while fostering collaboration across departments such as quality, regulatory, commercial, and finance. The VP will optimize the end-to-end supply chain to meet global product demand effectively.
We are looking for a strategic leader with a robust background in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in leading late-stage programs within innovative biotech or pharmaceutical organizations. Experience in developing and manufacturing monoclonal antibodies or related fields is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a BA or BS in life sciences, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 15 years of relevant experience. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative leadership style, and the ability to influence results within a virtual environment are critical. This role also requires strategic thinking, adept management of commercial supply contracts, and the ability to foster strong supplier relationships.
