We’re growing and seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and lead our HR functions with a focus on recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and development.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition & Retention: n
- Manage job postings, interviews, and the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires. n
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee retention. n
- Employee Relations & Culture: n
- Act as the primary HR contact for employees, addressing questions and resolving workplace issues with empathy and confidentiality. n
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. n
- Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and exit interviews to identify improvement opportunities. n
- Compliance & Policy Management: n
- Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws, as well as home care regulations. n
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, keeping them aligned with best practices and industry standards. n
- Oversee accurate documentation and record-keeping, including employee files and payroll. n
- Performance & Development: n
- Implement performance management processes, including regular performance reviews and growth plans. n
- Create and support training programs that enhance skills and career development for all employees. n
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on leadership and employee development practices. n
- Benefits Administration: n
- Oversee benefits administration, including health insurance, time off, and employee wellness programs. n
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors to provide competitive and cost-effective employee options. n
Qualifications:
n- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification preferred). n
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, with a preference for experience in healthcare or home care settings. n
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and best practices. n
- Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills. n
- Proficiency with HR software and tools (experience with Axis Care, Google Suite, Mondays, or Compass is a plus). n
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism. n
