Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

Adapt to changing menus, food requests, and special dietary needs.

Assist in training new kitchen staff when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role in a busy restaurant.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy kitchen equipment.
