This position is in the office: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm Responsibilities: • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction • Interact with the sales lead to maintain and improve service and product knowledge • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary • Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints • Become the champion of the agent onboarding process • Provide Administrative Assistance as needed Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills • Associate's degree or bachelor's Degree preferred • Exceptional time management & organizational skills • Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) proficiency • Hospitality experience encouraged to apply Compensation: $35,000 - $40,000 DOE
