empting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a Tech Organisation, who are looking to recruit an experienced Account Executive to join their team based in the Chandler, AZ area.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

• With some flexibility to work from home, this full-time hybrid position is for an Account Executive based in Chandler, Arizona.
• The Account Executive will be in charge of finding and securing new business prospects, preserving and cultivating customer relationships, making proposals and presentations, and hitting sales goals.
• Working together with the product and marketing teams, negotiating contracts, and delivering first-rate customer care to guarantee client retention and satisfaction are additional duties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• Understanding of structured sales techniques in business-to-business (B2B) settings, such as value-based selling or strategic selling.
• Experience working directly with competitors and in the ServiceNow partner network
• Proficiency in Outbound Outreach and New Logo Hunting for IT Professional Services
• Knowledgeable about lengthy sales cycles, including MEDDIC, SOWs, RFPs, and enterprise sales.
• More than five years of sales expertise managing accounts and generating outbound leads
• ServiceNow/Technology IT Services is required.
