HR Records Coordinator
Part-Time, 20 hours per week
Location: Onsite at 609 N Cherry St Lancaster, PA 17602

HR Records Coordinator
Part-Time, 20 hours per week

Must Have Qualifications :
- HS/GED required plus 1 year of professional work experience. Bachelors preferred. Open to undergrads who have professional experience.
- Experience in a related area (IS, HR Operations, Health Care Operations, Records Department, or Customer Service).
- The HR Records Coordinator assists with the management of employee documents. Interface with a variety of customers, including but not limited to employees, managers, Human Resources and outside agencies. They are expected to provide accurate information in a timely manner to meet necessary deadlines.
- Primary role for this position is to prepare, scan, index and validate all paper files accurately and efficiently for entry into our HCM platform. Other tasks could be assigned as needed. Must be responsible with personal employee records.
