This is a direct hire opportunity.nBase salary is estimated at $90,000.nJob Description:n•   Electrical Machine Design which includes all power, control systems, and electrical diagrams required to meet the customer’s specifications for each project assigned.Ân•   Understand, design, and practice machine safety and Lean Management.Ân•   Design control systems from concept to completion.Ân•   Assemble complete and accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for the Machine/System designÂn•   Design and develop Machine/System Programs.n•   Design and develop Machine/System Operator Interface programs.n•   Provide field service technicians remote support during system service calls, installation, and commissioningÂn•   Provide on-site troubleshooting and startup support as neededÂn•   Provide solutions for End of Life (EOL) components to support customer needs.Ân•   Determine spare parts list.n•   Assist the Applications Engineering and Product Managers during the scope phase of a potential projectÂn•   Travel up to 20%ÂnRequired:nnBS Degree in Electrical Engineering(or similar field) OR  combination of an AA degree and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience.n5+ years of Electrical/electrical engineering experience.nProven project management skillsnExcellent organizational, oral, and written communication skillsnProven problem-solving skillsnKnowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Dynamics 365 desired A "self-starter".nAbility to work well with others.nKnowledge of industrial communications (Ethernet/IP, DeviceNET, Profibus, etc.)nKnowledge of Allen Bradley PLC and Operator Interface hardware and software (primarily Compact Logix and Panel View Plus series)nAbility to understand and design electrical control schematic ladder diagramsÂnWorking knowledge of industrial electrical and control systems o 600 VAC and less, 3Ø control systems o Motors, servos, low-voltage DC devices, and sensorsnAbility to specify, and assist with installation, debugging, and start-up of electrical control and power system equipmentnPLC programming skills necessary to make a machine function properly and safelynOperator interface programming skills necessary to run the machine easily and without confusionnBe able to understand how a machine mechanically functions.nBe able to apply electrical components to a control system to make the machine run as designednUnderstand and have the capability to apply electrical codes and regulations such as NFPA 70, NFPA 79, and UL 508a.nnLocation: Lancaster County, PAnPlease send resume to: or call Wendy 678-802-6616
