Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the restaurant's menu and standards.
• Follow recipes and ensure consistency in the quality and presentation of food.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen workspace.
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and rotated.
• Monitor food stock levels and assist in inventory management.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen by following all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with food prep and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Ensure that kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to follow recipes and execute dishes with precision and consistency.
• A passion for food and commitment to high-quality preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Provide food handler from the Tulsa County Health Department
