Cook a variety of fresh meals using techniques such as char-broiling, sautéing, deep frying, roasting, griddling, and more.

Follow standardized recipes to prepare flavorful and visually appealing dishes.

Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and peeling fruits and vegetables.
n n - n
Monitor the quality of all food being served and ensure consistent taste and presentation.
n n - n
Taste food before serving and apply appropriate garnishes.
n n - n
Follow portion guidelines to reduce food waste and maintain efficiency.
n n - n
Practice safe food handling, storage, and temperature control.
n n - n
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen space throughout your shift.

Assist with setup, service, and cleanup of food stations.
n n - n
Rotate stock and properly label food to ensure timely use before expiration.

Complete other culinary tasks as assigned by leadership.

At least 2 years of experience as a broiler/sauté cook in a high-volume, upscale kitchen
