PrideStaff Financial, on behalf of a client, is seeking an experienced and professional Director of Marketing who will lead and oversee all aspects of the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Design and manage targeted campaigns through email, social, and advertising to drive new customer acquisition
• Manage video strategy: create or collaborate on short-form (Reels, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, webinars) content.
• Create and schedule automated email sequences for prospect nurturing using tools like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or HubSpot.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
• Use storytelling, trends, and brand-aligned content to educate, entertain, and engage target audiences.
• Work with team on client feedback to assist with new feature development
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
• Implement, manage, and optimize CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
• Optimize ads and landing pages for conversions using analytics tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proven success managing social and video content that converts
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Portfolio showing experience designing and optimizing multichannel lead funnels.
• Comfortable designing and managing marketing automation workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
