nHow will you make an impact?
nThe National Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for building relationships with key decision makers at the school district level in addition to selling McGraw Hill's Digital Acceleration suite and intervention products (Achieve3000, ALEKS, & Actively Learn, DI). The candidate will be well-versed in the K-12 education landscape, including funding, state initiatives, demographics, and the procurement process for K-12 schools, which will help inform their overall sales strategy. They will use a process-driven approach to drive organic growth of the K-12 business and will be adaptive to developing new procurement strategies in the remote K-12 market. This role is remote with national territory coverage, allowing the AE to drive business across the K-12 institution market.
nCandidates ideally should reside in California. This is a remote position with 70%+ of travel and open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Working with existing relationships within the K-12 landscape with high level district and school officials.

Proven track record of selling to districts with 40,000+ enrollment.

Exceptional organizational, territory and time management proficiency.

Approach challenges and opportunities with a deep, critical thinking mindset.

Ability to be flexible and have strategic outside-of-the-box thinking.

Able to generate appointments, develop strategy, and present both in person and virtually.

Effectively articulate an in depth understanding of customer needs.

Must have existing deep relationships with high level school district officials.

Experience working with National and State K-12 Conference Organizations is a plus.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field of education with a strong academic record.
n n - n
5+ years related K-12 sales experience required.
n n - n
Intervention and/or Supplemental material sales experience highly preferred.
n n - n
Demonstrated experience working with top level administrators.
n n - n
Proven work ethic, a commitment to personal development and an attitude of self-motivation.
n n - n
Proven success selling to districts with over 40,000 students.
n n - n
Experience closing contracts in the $250K+ range.

nThe pay range for this position is between $82,200-$110,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
