We're seeking a dynamic, strategic, and consumer-obsessed Brand Director to lead brand marketing efforts for a bold, growth-focused portfolio. This role will own brand strategy and execution from the ground up-ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints while evolving the brand to meet a fast-changing marketplace.
This leader will oversee product launches, build omnichannel marketing strategies, and spearhead creative campaigns that elevate brand awareness and drive preference-across retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and own brand strategy and identity across all platforms.
• Lead and mentor the brand marketing team.
• Craft annual brand marketing plans in collaboration with cross-functional marketing and executive teams.
• Build integrated campaigns and go-to-market strategies with clear objectives and measurable impact.
• Manage the product portfolio strategy including innovation, refreshes, and supporting assets.
• Drive the creation of digital-first marketing efforts including social, influencers, SEM, paid media, and email.
• Partner on content creation: photoshoots, event marketing, retail activation, and promotional campaigns.
• Champion the brand internally and externally-acting as the connective thread between consumer insights and execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 7+ years in brand marketing or brand management; 5+ years in CPG or lifestyle/wellness sectors preferred.
• Proficiency in digital tools including Microsoft Office, Nielsen, ClickUp, and social platforms.
• Strong leadership, creative strategy, and cross-functional communication skills.
• A deep passion for brand-building and driving culture-forward consumer engagement.
