We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. The Receptionist will also manage administrative tasks to support daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly. Manage the reception area to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Maintain office supplies and assist with basic administrative duties. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor.
