Our client is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator who will serve as the main point of contact for order and delivery issues, working closely with sales, planning, warehouse, and accounting teams.

Location: Solana Beach, CA - Hybrid 3 days on site
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 55K
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify customer orders, acting as the primary point of contact for order and delivery issues, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
- Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve customer issues, support on-time delivery, and handle RMAs, credit/debit memos.
- Manage vendor-managed inventory accounts by processing hub activities, maintaining inventory levels, and monitoring usage in coordination with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor EDI and electronic orders, expedite deliveries through planning, and analyze customer forecasts to assist inventory planning and avoid delays.
- Provide backup support for team members and perform other duties or projects as assigned to ensure full account coverage and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- AA degree and/or high school diploma
- 3+ years in customer service and/or 2+ years in purchasing and material planning
- Knowledge and experience of material planning, and inventory management
- Understanding order management and sales concepts
- Spanish language skills are a plus
