Customer Account Coordinator
Up to $55,000 Annually | Direct Hire | Hybrid (after 90 days) | Located in Solana Beach
A well-known and respected organization is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Account Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a direct hire position offering long-term growth, excellent benefits, and a hybrid work schedule after 90 days of in-office training.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing account information, responding to inquiries, and ensuring all customer needs are met with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM and internal systems
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing, order, or service issues
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication
  • Track account activity and report discrepancies or concerns
  • Process new orders, renewals, and account changes accurately
  • Support sales, operations, and customer success teams as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation & Schedule:
  • Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 annually DOE
  • Full-time, direct hire role
  • Hybrid schedule available after 90 days
  • Located in Solana Beach, San Diego
