Location: 5100 N. Lamb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89115
Pay: $25-$30/hour based on experience
Hours: Part time: 20-25 hours/week (with potential to grow into full-time)

Summary: Nevada Pic A Part is looking for a creative and motivated Content & Culture Coordinator to help bring our brand to life. This is more than a social media job-it's an opportunity to shape how we connect with customers, energize our team, and tell the story of what makes our auto salvage yard a hub for mechanics, hobbyists, resellers, and car enthusiasts. You'll create engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, help build internal culture through creative initiatives, and develop campaigns that showcase our values of accessibility, sustainability, and value.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling
  • Proficiency with editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar
  • Strong understanding of key social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter
  • Ability to film and edit short-form video content for product highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and internal initiatives
  • Confidence both behind and in front of the camera
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building and executing content calendars and campaign strategies
  • Basic graphic design and photography skills
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Collaborative and confident working with employees and leadership teams across departments
  • Creative mindset with the ability to turn everyday moments into engaging, story-driven content
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, create, and publish videos, photos, graphics, and written content across all NVPAP social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube)
  • Craft brand-aligned content that emphasizes accessibility, sustainability, and value for mechanics, resellers, hobbyists, and budget-conscious customers
  • Build community through customer success stories like restoration projects using NVPAP parts
  • Ideate and implement creative internal culture initiatives such as employee spotlights, team-building activities, and recognition programs
  • Partner with HR to organize contests, events, and activities that align with our values of teamwork and innovation
  • Schedule and monitor posts using social media tools to maintain consistency and optimize engagement
  • Track and report on trends, reach, engagement, and click-through rates to increase visibility and overall performance
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to align content with marketing campaigns, promotions, and local events
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure content supports business goals and reflects inventory needs
  • Provide weekly reports on content performance, customer engagement, and employee engagement outcomes
