Location: Solon, OH. Hybrid (Remote Mon/Thurs/Fri | In-office Tues/Wed + As Needed) - Onsite Training for 2 Weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour (Based on experience)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries: order status, product details, account updates, and delivery timelines
- Accurately process orders via EDI, phone, email, and fax using SAP
- Coordinate with logistics to provide freight quotes and shipping timelines
- Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Marketing, and Production to resolve issues
- Track inventory, identify product availability, and locate out-of-stock materials
- Ship product samples as needed
- Support billing, credit, and transportation inquiries across departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely follow-up
- B2B Customer Service experience required
- SAP and Excel proficiency required
- Strong order or account management background
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
- Comfortable working across departments and managing multiple tasks
- Minimum 3 years in a customer-facing or client-support role
- High school diploma required; AA or BA degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
