Are you a hands-on professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for building high-quality mechanical systems? We’re looking for an experienced
Mechanical Assembler
to join our manufacturing team!
In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems based on engineering drawings and technical specs. If you enjoy precision work, solving problems, and contributing to a collaborative team, this is the job for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components following blueprints, drawings, and schematics
Use hand and power tools, as well as precision measuring instruments
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshoot and correct mechanical assembly issues when needed
Work closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve technical problems
Keep a clean and organized workspace, maintaining safety protocols
Accurately document assembly procedures and maintain required records
Follow company standards for safety, quality, and compliance
What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a similar manufacturing role
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
Qualifications:
Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
Familiarity with ISO or other manufacturing quality standards
Forklift or crane operation certification a plus
Work Environment:
Manufacturing/shop floor setting
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required
Some heavy lifting may be involved (up to 50 lbs)
