Registered Nurse Manager
to lead clinical operations for a
Women's Health Department , including Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Services. This full-time leadership position offers the opportunity to drive clinical excellence and staff development in a region known for its cultural depth and scenic beauty.

Position Highlights - RN Manager, Women's Health Oversee day-to-day operations and nursing practice within the Women's Health Service Line Lead a team of nurses and clinical staff in delivering high-quality care across labor and delivery, mother-baby, and newborn care units Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, midwives, and administrative leadership, to optimize care coordination and patient outcomes Manage hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and ongoing mentorship of clinical staff Champion safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance across all areas of responsibility Monitor clinical metrics, staff performance, and patient satisfaction to drive continuous improvement Coordinate professional development opportunities and ensure competency validation for all team members Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Licensure & Certifications:
Current RN license in New Mexico (or compact license eligible) BLS certification required Certification in Inpatient Obstetrics or Nurse Executive preferred Experience:
At least 5 years of direct clinical experience in Women's Services, L&D, or Maternal-Child Health Minimum of 2 years in a nursing supervisor, coordinator, or leadership role Key Skills:
Proven ability to lead and mentor clinical teams Knowledge of perinatal care, labor support, and evidence-based maternal practices Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing staffing models, unit budgets, and clinical initiatives
