Nurse Manager for Women's Health Services

to oversee Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care. This full-time, day-shift leadership role offers the opportunity to elevate maternal-child care while supporting a high-performing, mission-driven clinical team.

Key Responsibilities - Nurse Manager, Women's Services Oversee the clinical operations of Women's Health units, including Labor & Delivery, Mother/Baby, and Nursery Collaborate with medical directors, providers, and hospital leadership to optimize care outcomes and patient satisfaction Lead hiring, training, evaluations, and daily performance of nursing staff across women's services Promote a culture of quality improvement, safety, and patient-centered care through leadership and accountability Monitor key metrics to enhance efficiency, care delivery, and staff engagement Ensure ongoing compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards Develop continuing education and competency programs to support professional growth within the department Foster interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver consistent and coordinated care to women and newborns Qualifications

Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred) Licensure & Certifications:

Active RN license in the State of New Mexico (or compact eligible) BLS certification required National certification in OB/GYN, Inpatient Obstetrics, or Nursing Leadership preferred Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in Labor & Delivery or Women's Health At least 2 years of progressive nursing leadership or management experience Skills:

Strong clinical and leadership skills in maternal-child health Proven experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and team development Effective communication, decision-making, and quality improvement focus Familiarity with Joint Commission and healthcare regulatory standards
