About the Role We are looking for an exceptional VP of Supply Chain Operations to lead, manage, and transform all facets of our supply chain. This exciting opportunity involves spearheading the development and execution of a robust supply chain strategy that aligns seamlessly with our business goals. You will oversee supply chain operations to ensure maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement using Lean Principles. Your responsibilities will include: Driving the SIOP process to enhance collaboration across departments and integrate supply chain functions. Building and nurturing supplier relationships to guarantee quality, timely delivery, and outstanding service. Leading and mentoring a team of professionals at the managerial or director level. The ideal candidate will possess: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or advanced degree highly preferred. A minimum of 15 years of operational experience within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and sales/inventory. A proven track record of leadership and team management. International supply chain experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and a passion for continuous improvement.
