Work model:
Hybrid What you will do: Manage employee records and data within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Assist with coordinating and delivering all onboarding and offboarding activities Respond to employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures Track compliance documents, training records, and employment eligibility forms Create reports and dashboards using UKG data for audits and internal stakeholders Coordinate HR communications, including announcements, calendars, and documentation Maintain a high standard of detail in all documentation and process tracking What you will need to be successful: 2-4 years of HR administrative experience, preferably in a mid-to-large company Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required Strong working knowledge of UKG software or similar HRIS (e.g., UKG Pro, UKG Ready) Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process consistency Familiarity with employment laws, compliance practices, and confidentiality standards Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high accountability Benefits overview: 401k Major health insurance Employee Stock Ownership Plan ( ESOP ) Click here for a complete list of benefits
