About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Acquisitions with a strong background in healthcare or medical office real estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing both off-market and marketed acquisition opportunities in the healthcare real estate sector. This role requires the ability to build and expand relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including developers, brokers, health systems, and physician groups. The VP of Acquisitions will also be expected to conduct market research, stay current on industry trends, and lead the underwriting process, including financial modeling and credit evaluation. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth closings and the presentation of investment recommendations to the executive team are also key responsibilities.
