- Your new go-to for morning coffee, fresh pastries, and all-day bakery classics. As a Bartender you will act as an extension of the restaurant, and as such, steps of service, time standards, and genuine hospitality should be the same from the bar as the servers on the floor. In this position, you must possess a sense of urgency, provide friendly service, and maintain great communication skills.

What you'll do:

Welcome each guest and be aware of tone and body language at all times Inputs drink orders into the POS system immediately after the drink has been made, collecting payment from guests for drinks served Responsibly serve alcohol and have awareness of guests' state of intoxication Anticipate guests' needs and acknowledge guests so they know you will be right with them Complete all side work as assigned Communicate with other staff and management regarding the needs of the guest Other duties as assigned Why you'll want to work at MML:

Minimum of 1-year of bartending experience required Strong verbal and written communication skills are required Excellent customer service and people skills required Active TABC certification required High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure Ability to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of being on your feet per shift. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
