Food And Beverage Manager
We are looking for a Food And Beverage Manager to join our team and lead our F&B operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the F&B industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage staff and resources effectively. The F&B Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, banquets and bar, including menu development, staff training and development, customer relations, and financial management. The successful candidate will be a strong leader who can motivate their team to provide the highest level of service to our customers. Responsibilities
Manage the restaurant, banquets and bar daily operations, including staffing, customer service, and financials. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Train and develop staff to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Create and implement policies and procedures for the restaurant. Benefits
