Join our Electronic Service Center in Windsor Locks, CT, where you'll take a leading role in the repair and overhaul of critical aerospace components. You will support the test, troubleshooting, and repair of Electronic Engine and Environmental Control systems. You'll be responsible for developing technical procedures, improving repair processes, and interfacing with internal teams and external customers to ensure FAA-certified, high-quality outcomes. What You Will Do Perform Manufacturing / Repair Engineering Functions while supporting continuous repair operations. Assist Value Stream Managers in timely processing of customer components by working across business functions within the Repair Station and the external supporting groups. Implement and lead projects to improve the aftermarket repair process often by performing significant Capital Equipment purchases and improvement activities. Collaborate on design, facility layout, and arrangement of machines and sequence of operations. Support and evaluate acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials. Interact with repair technicians on the vast variety of products repaired at this facility. Often troubleshooting and solving operational process problems or equipment already in use. Interact with customers on technical questions about the capabilities of the Repair Station and reviewing work performed on Customer units. Determine maintenance and repair materials required for continued operations. Data mining and data analysis including SAP, Excel, and other operations specific data tools. Qualifications You Must Have Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience. Qualifications We Prefer Bachelor's degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering. 5-8 years of experience in electronic component repair, test, or troubleshootingideally in an aerospace or FAA-regulated environment. Experience in utilizing HP Basic and HP VEE for test automation and data acquisition in electronic systems. Knowledge of electronic engine management and environmental control systems, with emphasis on diagnostics and system integration. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering open communication and joint problem-solving to meet technical and operational goals.
