This position is for Senior Operations Supervisor at our Miami - Opa Locka facility. The operations supervisor oversees cell productivity and scheduling updates, sequencing of work, continuous improvement implementation and sustainment. Position is 100% Onsite at Miami Facility Work Shift: 2nd Shift - (Monday - Friday) - 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm What You Will Do:

Owns the execution of short / medium-term manufacturing strategy and the operational direction of the responsible service center production processes. Achieves operating objectives, consistent with budget and customer contractual obligations. Leads continuous improvement (CI) activity for the service center; consistently demonstrates a commitment to CI as a change agent for the facility. Oversees cost reduction and process improvement for the service center to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness. Oversees and ensures all quality related items are complete and documented to meet established quality standards. Develops and maintains an audit ready environment for area of responsibility. Ensures work place is safe and free of significant hazards. Overall EH&S accountability for responsible service center(s). Assists Ops Manager in managing financial performance of the service center. Plans and maintains proper staffing levels in area of responsibility. Ensures and actively supports employees' career development. Monitors product quality and ensures shipped orders are in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements and/or other regulatory agencies. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications We Require:

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices. Experience in Manufacturing industry Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturing environment. U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in Aerospace industry. Experience in SAP. Experience in leading CI events and the use of CI tools and lean methodology. Knowledge of agency (ex, FAA) regulations for aircraft maintenance & certification. Engineering and Operations experience in a Landing Gear MRO environment. What We Offer:
