We are looking for a skilled Patent Attorney to join our Cellular Standards Patenting team at Nokia Technologies. In this role, you will draft and prosecute Nokia's patent applications in the field of 3GPP technologies, collaborating with external and internal patent attorneys globally. You will be at the forefront of protecting inventions contributed to 5G and 6G standard development, working with top researchers in the telecom industry. Your expertise in patent law and practice will contribute to building a leading, monetizable patent portfolio in cellular standards. This is a unique opportunity to join Nokia's team of patent professionals with a strong track record of high-quality patents used in licensing and litigation worldwide.

Draft and prosecute patent applications in-house and with external patent attorneys Evaluate filed patent applications regularly Review claim charts and collaborate to ascertain claim scope and standards mapping Work closely with the inventor community Minimum qualifications: Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics/Mathematics, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience with 3GPP-related patent applications and prosecution Qualified European Patent Attorney, US Patent Attorney/Agent, or Indian Patent Agent Preferred qualifications: Extensive experience with 3GPP radio-related technologies and standards Ability to innovate and adapt to new methods Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders Excellent business judgment, analytical skills, and communication Results-driven mindset Collaborative team player with motivational abilities Join us to create technology that helps the world act together.
