Construction Project Manager

OneSparQ is looking for Project Manager for a growing construction company in Nashville, TN. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Multifamily and Hospitality construction environments. Proven track record managing projects from design through full completion. Proficient in construction management platforms, including Procore, Bluebeam, Smart PM, or Oracle. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver large-scale projects ranging from $5M to $100M. Additional Skills: (not required) Full involve in the billing cycle of a project from beginning to completion. Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships. Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships. Manage all phases of multifamily, commercial, and hospitality projects from start-up through completion. Oversee project budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and overall performance to meet company and client expectations. Lead the day-to-day coordination of the project team, subcontractors, and consultants to drive project success.
