Key responsibilities include: Facilitating community integration for individuals by accompanying them to recreational and social activities. Monitoring the safety and comfort of individuals, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards within living environments and program activities. Intervening during incidents of aggression or inappropriate behavior to implement behavior plans and strategies effectively. Providing on-call support to staff during emergencies and coordinating staffing needs as they arise. Work Schedule:

Typically Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with some evening and weekend shifts required. On-call duties include one weekday and one weekend each month, with possible variations based on the needs of the home.
