As a Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a crucial role in supporting our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs, answer product inquiries, and recommend suitable solutions. Additionally, you will strive to resolve any customer concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
You will also be expected to remain knowledgeable about our product offerings and maintain the quality and visual presentation of our store. Achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals is a key focus of this role.
Working with customers may involve contact with minors, and you will have access to cash, various payment methods, and sensitive information, making a review of criminal history necessary for the protection of our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and recommend products.
Build trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately per company policies.
Aim to achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Maintain accurate work order files and customer specifications.
Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
Merchandise the store, including stocking shelves and creating displays.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of store equipment.
Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Keep assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
Stay informed about available products and options.
Adhere to inventory control procedures.
Propose strategies for improving sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Previous experience selling paint and related products.
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
