Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in meeting the needs of wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities include answering questions about our products and recommending the best solutions while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Position Details: Full-time position at Store #707591, located at: 5909 Beltline Road #110, Dallas, TX 75254. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Engage with customers in-person and over the phone to determine their needs. Build trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions and adhere to company policies. Aim to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintain accurate work order files and product mixing instructions. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix paint products to meet customer specifications. Assist in stocking shelves and setting up displays to enhance product visibility. Keep store equipment clean and well-maintained. Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting in making deliveries as required. Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing. Stay knowledgeable about all products and available options. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Contribute ideas for improving sales performance. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English and Spanish is required. Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License is a must. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without accommodation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role is desired. Previous experience in selling paint and paint-related products is advantageous. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
