Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage closely with customers, ranging from first-time buyers to experienced professionals. You will be responsible for staying informed about our products and upholding the visual standards of our store. You will be expected to work at Store #5328, located at: 1521 Post Rd, Wells, ME 04090 & 544 Main St, Springvale, ME. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication and support. Assist customers in person and via phone by identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products and services. Establish trust and build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies. Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintain organized work order files and formulations. Manage stock availability and ensure product presentation meets company standards. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications as needed. Engage in inventory control to maintain in-stock conditions. Contribute ideas to improve sales strategies. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service, delivery, or retail position. Experience selling paint and paint-related products. Proficiency in operating tinting and mixing equipment.
