Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative

Join our team as a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative, where you will play a vital role in helping our wholesale and retail customers identify their needs and find the perfect Sherwin-Williams products. In this position, you will not only provide outstanding service but also ensure customer satisfaction and promote store sales initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and personalized assistance. Engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to identify their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions. Building strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Accurately processing sales transactions and adhering to company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Maintaining detailed and organized work order files. Preparing products by pulling inventory from the sales floor or warehouse, including tinting and mixing products as necessary. Assisting with store organization, including stocking shelves and setting up displays. Loading and unloading delivery trucks when needed. Ensuring that all areas remain in-stock and presentable. Staying informed about product offerings and options to assist customers effectively. Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting ways to enhance sales. Store Locations: While you will work closely with our team, you must be able to commute to various locations within a 25-mile radius of these stores: 2307 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803 4401 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808 3841 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808 1724 Marsh Road, Wilmington, DE 19810 Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Must be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
