Key responsibilities include: Delivering exceptional customer service through effective sales techniques. Assisting customers both in person and over the phone, identifying their needs, and suggesting appropriate products and services. Establishing strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with policies and procedures. Aiming to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining precise work order files and formulas. Ensuring the sales floor is adequately stocked and presents a welcoming atmosphere. Performing tinting and mixing of products as per customer specifications. Cleaning store equipment and maintaining inventory control. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as needed. This job may involve contact with customers of all ages and includes access to cash and other payment methods. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must be authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in retail or customer service. Experience with paint and paint-related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
